Greyson Bell Obituary

Greyson Edward James Bell, a sweet boy with an infectious smile, passed peacefully at home in the loving arms of family on November 11, 2021. He was born on October 13, 2021 at the Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca.

He enjoyed cuddling with his teddy bear, bath time, and being held close by his parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. He was loved by all who met him, and will be greatly missed.

Affectionately known as “the little milk monster” by his parents, Greyson loved to have his back and head rubbed

The son of Dylan Bell and Katyln Whyte, Greyson was born into an amazing and supportive extended family whom he leaves behind, including: Grandparents, Mark Bell (Pa) & Dana Bell (Didi) and Bruce Whyte (Papa) and Cherry Merrill (Nana); Great-grandparents, Nancy & Edward Bell, George and Sandra Starner, and Jim and Sherry Whyte; proud uncles and aunts, Matthew Bell, Kiera Whyte, Amber Pierson, Zachery Whyte, and Tyler Merrill. As mentioned, Greyson’s family is quite large and as such he leaves behind a host of many to cherish his memory.

For now, we remember “when the sun is setting, leave whatever you are doing and watch it, even for the fleeting moment, for it’s not just a sunset, it is a moonrise too.”

A beautiful baby boy who touched so many lives in such a brief time, his impact, though far greater than he could have ever known, has made an eternal impression on his family. We will always miss and love you.
