Obituary

Joanne Stillwaggon, 70, of Dryden passed away on January 19th 2023. She was born on November 7th, 1952 the daughter of the late Frank Bourke and Anna Pesce Bourke. She lived in Elmira NY before moving to Ithaca. She received her degree from Paul Mitchell School of Hair Design and worked at Just Joanne Salon & Day Spa, and various other salons throughout her career. In 1993 she married Richard Stillwaggon and they attended Christ Church in Ithaca. Joann loved to play golf and enjoyed creating stained glass art. Joanne is survived by her husband Richard, along with children John Earley, Heather Earley, William Earley, Abigail Earley, Grace Earley, Garrett Earley, Frank Bourke, Mary Awed and Marty Moses.

A memorial Service will be held at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W Main St in Dryden NY at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 15th. Donations can be made to Renovation House, P O Box 396 Spencer NY in her honor.
